PEER SUPPORT

Our team of active and retired FDNY firefighters provide individual and group peer support, both in-person and online.

COUNSELING

Meet with a licensed counselor in-person or online to address symptoms or struggles with trauma, anxiety, depression, retirement adjustment, anger management, relationships at home, and other issues. We offer counseling for individuals, families, couples, children, and adolescents.

MARRIAGE COUNSELING

Marriage counseling provides a supportive space for couples to improve communication, deepen understanding, and work through challenges together. Our licensed counselors offer in-person and virtual sessions designed to strengthen relationships and promote long-term connection.

LIFE COACHING

Meet with a life coach to overcome obstacles standing between you and what you truly desire. Whether itโ€™s health, career, life purpose, or anything in between, we can provide the tools and techniques to help clients uncover gifts, talents and strengths; brainstorm possibilities, and create visions and plans for the future.

CANCER SUPPORT

Meet with a coach for one-on-one support navigating diagnosis, treatment, recovery, or survivorship. Our cancer coach is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, and a cancer survivor, bringing both professional training and lived experience to each session. Coaching focuses on emotional support, clarity in decision-making, resilience, and helping clients regain a sense of control throughout their cancer journey.
